HI All: This is from the LT Athletic Department: Parents,
All students that will participate in athletic activities during the 2023-2024 school year will be required to have an updated athletic physical dated April of 2023 of later.
We will once again provide athletic physicals here at the CAC Turf Room starting on Saturday, April1, 2023 from 8:00am – Noon.
The cost is $20 (cash or check only) and the proceeds will go to the sports medicine program.

It’s that time of year for UIL student athletes, band and
dance to update their pre-participation physicals.
*How much?
$20 Per Physical, Cash or Check only.
*What time?
To help cut down waiting time we will be conducting physicals
with time slots:
8:00 a.m. — 9:00 a.m. Grades 6 & 9
9:00 a.m. — 10:00 a.m. Grades 7 &10
10:00 a.m. — 11:00 a.m. Grades 8 & 11
11:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. Open

Chromebooks will be available to complete the online RankOne Forms as well.
