Happy Thanksgiving Week Lake Travis Rugby Club!

In the spirit of the week, we want to give our thanks to YOU:

THANK YOU PARENTS for supporting your son(s) playing rugby. It is definitely not for the faint of heart and your support is everything.
THANK YOU PLAYERS for showing up to practice and giving it all you’ve got.
And, THANK YOU COACHES. It’s no easy task coaching high school boys, but y’all make it look flawless. Our club is so very lucky to have all of you supporting and uplifting our boys to become the best players, and also the best men, they can be, on and off the pitch.

No practice this week. See y’all back on Monday 12/2.

Reminders:
1. Registration is open! Parents, it is absolutely important to make sure our players are registered and insured with Rugby Xplorer. This is a non-negotiable. Your child will NOT be able to practice and play high school rugby this year if this is not completed. If you are needing help with getting this done please reach out to me via email or text.
2. Parent information meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 4, 6 pm at Cavalier Stadium. In previous years, this meeting was held offsite but at the same time as practice so coaches were not able to make it. This year we have decided to change it up and meet before practice to give our coaches a chance to talk with y’all and then give you the opportunity to stay and watch your child practice afterwards. We need ALL parents (new and returning) to attend this meeting. We will be going over everything that is to happen this upcoming season. Including upcoming fundraising projects and volunteer opportunities (we have a ton).
