Weston Mollo - Head Coach – Played on the LT Rugby State Championship team in 2013, then played for Rugby College National Champion Life University, and then coached at National Champion St. Bonaventure University.
Assistant Coaches:
Connally McKay - Recent Head Coach, University of Texas. Joined LT Rugby for start of 2024 season. Austin Blacks player for many years.
Rickey Johnson - Austin Blacks player. 10 years' coaching experience of 15's and 7's teams with University of Texas, Lake Travis HS, Four Points Club, Rock, Westlake, and YMCA. Leads fitness instruction for the team. 4th year at LTHS.
Kris Stewart - Played in France and Switzerland growing up, and in college with University of Texas, and the Austin Blacks. Coached middle school State Champion rugby team in Utah. Played for Geneva, Switzerland from 03-06 and won national championship. 3rd year at LTHS.
